Westwood Gymnastics & Dance offers Gymnastics tumbling and dance to kiddos of all ages and ability levels. We also offer birthday parties and a variety of other special events. We are a year round program that offers classes Monday – Saturday, morning, afternoon and evening. Students and Non Students can participate in any special events and host birthday parties.

Mom & Tot – Walking – 21 Months

Mom & Me – 22 Months – 3 Years

This parent and child class explores movement together through playful and exciting activities of gymnastics. This program is fun and interesting while being a crucial instrument in the development of our child’s gross motor skills, self-confidence, coordination, class structure and following directions.

Westwood Gymnastics & Dance Preschool – 3 (potty-trained) – 5

Yellow, Blue, Green & Red

This Class is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics in a positive and exciting environment. We introduce and improve skills on the floor, bars, beam, vault, trampoline and kiddos get to explore Mt. Westwood. We separate our gymnasts by age and ability level – Yellow, Blue, Green & Red.

Westwood Gymnastics & Dance Girls Rockets, Stars & Comets – Kindergarten & 1st Grade

Girls will learn the basic fundamentals of gymnastics in a non-competitive, fun and exciting environment. The skills become more challenging and the expectation is higher as the gymnasts progress through the different levels.

Westwood Gymnastics & Dance Girls Developmental, Accelerated & Advanced – 2nd Grade & Up

These classes focus on all four olympic events, vault, bars, beam and floor. Girls with no experience or with an advanced ability can join as we seperate the girls by ability level, Developmental, Accelerated & Advanced.

Nova – Levels 2 – 6

Our Nova program is an invitational program for gymnasts that have mastered all the skills of girls advanced. Gymnasts will learn skills within the competitive levels 2 – 6 and compete in intramural competitions throughout the year.

Westwood Gymnastics & Dance Boys Tornadoes & Hurricanes – Kindergarten & 1st Grade

Boys will learn the basic fundamentals of gymnastics in a non-competitive, fun and exciting environment. The skills become more challenging and the expectation is higher as the gymnasts progress to the next level.

Westwood Gymnastics & Dance Boys Developmental & Accelerated – 2nd Grade & Up

These classes focus on all the men’s Olympic events in a non-competitive, adventurous atmosphere. Boys of all ability levels can thrive as we separate the boys by ability level.

Westwood Gymnastics & Dance Boys Team – Red, Green, Blue & Black

Our invitational Boys team program is for boys that accomplished all the skills necessary within the Developmental and Accelerated program. Classes are a longer or multiple times a week and the boys will participate in intramural competitions throughout the year.

Classes are designed to teach and improve motions, jumps, voice projection and all aspects of cheerleading. Whether your child is wanting to be introduced into the world of cheer, improving the skills they already know or getting ready for tryouts, we have a class that is appropriate for them.
