WHY IS ACADEMIC TESTING IMPORTANT?

From birth to school age children essentially develop at an individual pace. However, there are expected milestones and skills children should acquire at specific ages. The key is to identify early signs of a possible delay or difficulty in any academic or targeted area once they enter school. During this past couple of years, we have all been thrown into a new way of life and this is where we come in to assist you with identifying where you can intervene early to help a child who may be struggling academically or is in need more enrichment programs to continue their academic success.

About Jennifer Cole

Jennifer Cole holds both a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University. She is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology. She has been a practicing SLP for over 25 years, and owns Cole Health with her husband Adam Cole. Cole Health includes 15 pediatric and adult outpatient rehabilitation facilities in Houston, Austin, San Marcos and Austin, Texas. All clinics provide ST, OT, and PT services.  In 2015, Cole Academy was opened to provide ABA therapy to children with autism.
