Referral Process
Children can be referred to our children’s therapy program via parents, caregivers, medical community, Early Childhood Intervention, and other community programs. Services are determined through a comprehensive intake and an assessment procedure conducted by a licensed Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist, and therapy programs are individualized with parent and child goals incorporated into the treatment plan. We strive to coordinate services with other agencies and the child’s school. We encourage parents to attend and participate in their child’s therapy. We want your child to fully participate in life!
